Dave Walther

The piece «3 Movements for Viola Choir» was commissioned by the US International Viola Society and premiered at its conference with huge success. Dave Walther has performed and recorded throughout the world, both as a soloist and with The Debussy Trio. A multi-talented musician, Walther is also a prolific composer whose influences range from past and present classical music to rock, pop, hip-hop, rap and jazz. He has composed pieces for The Debussy Trio, and many other established chamber groups. A recording of his chamber music entitled Threads of the Heart features performances by both The Debussy and Capital Trios.
